Shipping policy

We offer fast, free shipping via UPS to most of the United States and reasonable shipping rates to most of the world. We offer additional, premium shipping options for faster delivery as well. Some smaller items may be shipped via USPS or through a combination of UPS/USPS partners. Most orders shipped via the free, default shipping option will arrive in 1-5 business days. We are located in Elkhart, IN. Many of our items do ship from distribution partners across the country. The vast majority of the time the shipping time estimates shown at checkout are accurate.

Please be aware that we are closed on the weekends. Even if a service is called "Next Day Air" and you order on the weekend, it will NOT arrive on Monday. It is a next business day service. It would arrive Tuesday in that case. This is shown in checkout accurately.

PO Boxes are accepted on most items but may require additional shipping cost on larger items. In addition, if you are purchasing an appliance such as a furnace, air conditioner, or water heater, please provide your street address for delivery.

Orders shipped internationally WILL NOT have custom fees/duties included in the shipping cost. You are responsible for all fees/duties upon receipt. Contact us via email, phone, or text for specific details on a per item basis.
