A flexible carbon-fiber heating pad that peels and sticks onto an exposed drain elbow, tank or step. The built-in thermostat switches it on at 45°F and off at 67°F, so it runs only when needed, and it will thaw a line that's already frozen. Rated to -40°F. Choose the 3" × 8" for 1-1/2" pipe or the 3" × 13" for 3" pipe; either suits tanks up to 40 gallons.
