Norcold 640085 Control Panel Front Sticker | N8DC & N10DC Series

Restore the look and legibility of your Norcold DC compressor refrigerator's control panel with the Norcold Control Panel Front Sticker (Part 640085) — the printed overlay/membrane that labels the buttons on the front user interface of N8DC and N10DC series refrigerators. Available at The RV Surplus.

⭐ What This Is

The 640085 is the front sticker (overlay/decal) that sits on top of the control panel, giving each button its printed label. Over time these overlays fade, scuff, crack, or peel from sun exposure, cleaning chemicals, and daily use.

Replacing just the sticker is a quick, inexpensive way to restore the OEM appearance of your fridge's user interface — no electronics work required.

⚠️ Sticker Only — Not the Control Board

This is a cosmetic overlay. If your buttons don't respond, your display doesn't light up, or your fridge shows fault codes, the problem is in the control board behind the sticker — not the sticker itself:

• Norcold 51023 / 641592 Control Panel Assembly — current board for SN SE079WDW00190 and above
• Norcold 640338 Control Panel Assembly — board for SN below SE079WDW00190
• Norcold 640089 Control Panel Assembly — original/earliest-production board

⭐ Compatible Norcold Models — DC Compressor Only

• N8DCSS
• N8DCBSS
• N8DCBK
• N10DCSS
• N10DCBSS
• N10DCBK

DC compressor models only — not for absorption (gas/electric) or AC-only Norcold refrigerators.

⭐ Installation

• No fridge disassembly needed — this is a surface replacement
• Clean the control panel surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol before applying — any residue traps bubbles
• Carefully peel the backing and align the sticker with the button locations before pressing down
• Press from the center outward to drive out air bubbles
• Confirm all button labels line up with the physical switches underneath
