Excellent customer service

We had purchase the 25,000 BTU but it seemed a bit weak for the size of our fifth wheel. We initiated an exchange and had the new 35,000 BTU unit within 2 days! They even sent a return label for us to send back the other unit. So very pleased with the product and service.

Great Service and Great Products

Everything went smooth from ordering, delivery, and quality of product. I only thing I wish was better was better instructions on how to connect it to my travel trailer. Maybe a database of different models of travel trailers, 5th wheels, and rv's to help on the installation.
