Power Requirements

Minimum Group 24 RV/marine deep-cycle battery rated at least 100 minutes reserve capacity and 500 cold cranking amps — higher is better. Flooded lead-acid, gel, and AGM types all work. Some lithium batteries cannot deliver the running amperage these pumps need, so verify with your battery manufacturer. The panel shows a low-voltage warning below 10.5V.

After Installation

Set the null so the system knows the level position you want. Runs on Dexron or multipurpose automatic transmission fluid, filled to 1-1½ inches below the top of the reservoir with jacks retracted. Plan on 10-16 quarts for a full system. Level rises as jacks retract.

Installation

Most RV dealers or service centers can install this system. EQ Systems also offers factory installation at its facility in Cassopolis, Michigan.
