The Carefree Alpine mounts above the slide room and rolls out automatically as the room extends, keeping leaves, water, and debris off the slide roof and shading the room. Its patent-pending Billo-Stop inertia lock lives inside the end caps and engages by itself the instant the fabric tries to billow in transit — no calibration, no adjustment — so the canopy stays put even if the room isn't fully closed or square. Larger brackets improve stability on long rooms and eliminate the extra support brackets older designs needed.

Order by roller tube length: measure the slide room width and follow Carefree's sizing chart (the awning is typically ordered slightly wider than the room). Lengths 48" to 198" are listed here; the Alpine fits slide extensions up to 42". Colors: 0000 = white, 6262 = black, 0303 = gray.
