Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant flows out flat over roof-edge seams, vent flanges, pipe boots, and screw heads on horizontal surfaces, bonding to EPDM, TPO, and DiFlex II membranes without staining or yellowing. UV-stabilized so it doesn't crack or chalk, HAPS-free, and it stays flexible through years of roof movement.

Self-leveling is for horizontal roof surfaces only; on vertical seams and sidewalls use the non-sag 551 series. Apply to clean, dry surfaces above 50°F.
