Re-roof your RV with the Dicor TPO DiFlex Rubber Roof Membrane — a premium 35-mil TPO roofing membrane engineered specifically for modern RVs' complex contoured roof designs. Highly flexible, stretchable, and dramatically more durable than traditional PVC roofing, DiFlex is the membrane to trust when re-roofing means doing it once and doing it right.
Modern Roofing for Modern RVs
Today's RVs demand better, more flexible roofing membranes than the older PVC systems most are still being repaired with. Modern roof designs have more contours, more vents, more equipment penetrations, and tighter radii at the edges — all of which stress lesser membranes to the point of failure. DiFlex is highly stretchable and conforms to the contours of any RV roof while staying clean, dust-free, and chalk-free over years of sun and weather exposure.
Superior to Traditional PVC Roofing
The DiFlex membrane outperforms standard PVC RV roofing in every meaningful spec:
- 10% thicker than PVC roofing
- 220% higher tear resistance
- 500% more elongation (flexibility/stretch capability)
The result: a membrane that conforms to your roof rather than fighting it, resists punctures from tree branches and storm debris, and stretches with thermal expansion rather than cracking.
Long Life Span with Superior UV Protection
DiFlex is engineered for long-term durability:
- Resistant to mold, algae, and fungus
- Excellent UV protection across all available colors
- Minimum 5% higher solar reflectivity than PVC after the initial 3 years — improving as PVC degrades and extending through the product's life
- Color-lasting performance over the membrane's full service life
Simple, Low-Maintenance Care
One of the practical advantages of DiFlex: simple care with no special materials required:
- Periodic cleaning 3–4 times per year is the primary maintenance
- Use a non-abrasive household cleaner like dish soap and a medium-bristled scrub brush
- Avoid harsh or highly abrasive products during routine cleaning
- Thoroughly rinse the roof and sidewalls after cleaning to remove soap residue and prevent streaking
Required for Installation
To install your DiFlex roof membrane, you'll need the following Dicor accessories and tools (sold separately):
- Dicor water-based adhesive #901BA
- Dicor butyl tape (size depends on unit design)
- Dicor lap sealant
- Duct tape (2" minimum width)
- Paint roller or brush
- Squeegee
- Utility knife
- Heavy-duty stapler
- Optional: porous tape (masking or fiberglass mesh) for smoother seams
⚠️ Important: Do NOT use silicone with the DiFlex membrane — silicone will not adhere properly.
Warranty Disclaimer
Dicor retains the right to deny liability for any defects or damages to the roof membrane caused by another manufacturer's products (sealants, adhesives, tapes, or related products). For warranty coverage, use only Dicor-approved installation materials.

Just Need a Patch or Repair?
If you only need to repair a torn section, patch around a vent area, or re-roof a smaller rig, we carry DiFlex II patch pieces in two sizes:
- Dicor DiFlex II 4'6" × 10' (DFII46W-10) — shorter piece for spot repairs, small patches, vans, and bus conversions
- Dicor DiFlex II 4'6" × 16' (DFII46W-16) — longer piece for bigger patch jobs and small-to-mid-size rigs
Considering EPDM Instead of TPO?
If you'd rather use traditional EPDM technology for your re-roof, we carry the Dicor EPDM Plus (9'6" wide, 21–50' lengths) — Dicor's strengthened EPDM membrane with 28% more tear resistance and 60% more puncture resistance than older EPDM, in a wider 9'6" format and longer 50' max length. EPDM vs TPO is a real choice for RV re-roofing — both have committed user bases.
