I needed to replace my awning motor, Dometic 9100. Price for a Dometic replacement is now greater than $900. 00 on Amazon. This is the exact same part at a fraction of the price. Just installed it, works great. A much better buy than buying a knock-off brand.

The part received was as described, arrived timely, fit and worked as expected. Will check this site for upgrades and any needed parts in the future.

I ordered a replacement awning motor and upon installation, found the motor was defective and wouldn't retract the awning. It happens. Emailed RV Surplus and they said they would send a new motor before receiving the old one in return!! That kind of service is unheard of these days. When we retruned from our trip the new motor was waiting at the house and I shipped the old one back with the shipping label they provided. RV Surplus is very responsive and they are a model for customer service.
