Condition: New...Removed from new awnings for separate sale. May have minor scratches or scuffs. Will have minor marks from removal. Paint does have some clear scuffs.

Extraordinary Service

I ordered a replacement awning motor and upon installation, found the motor was defective and wouldn't retract the awning. It happens. Emailed RV Surplus and they said they would send a new motor before receiving the old one in return!! That kind of service is unheard of these days. When we retruned from our trip the new motor was waiting at the house and I shipped the old one back with the shipping label they provided. RV Surplus is very responsive and they are a model for customer service.

Such a great deal!

A major camping store wanted $880 for this motor, so I have to admit I was a bit nervous about the deeply discounted price I found here. Quick shipping. My awning motor guit. Would not roll in, just clicking. Saw RV Surplus on line and purchased a new one. While waiting for it to ship, I put the old motor back in and to my surprise it was working. I'll keep new motor for back up. Thank you.
