• Any upgrade from a non-Bluetooth EQ Systems keypad to any SBT (Bluetooth) model

When you do NOT need to change the harness:

• Only when a Bluetooth-capable harness is ALREADY installed (e.g., replacing an existing SBT touchpad with another SBT touchpad)

This warning applies to ALL SBT model keypads — not just the 3149ASBT. When in doubt, switch the harness. The included Bluetooth-upgraded harness must be installed with the new keypad.
