So, I was replacing all 3 thermostats in my newly purchased used RV because they didn’t seem to read correctly. When set at 84 degrees, they keep the RV 75 degrees. Figured I’d give new ones a shot. 2 of the three received were faulty and didn’t even show the correct temp. As if pixels in the screen were out. Luckily the customer service at RV surplus is phenomenal and sent out 2 new replacements for the ones I’m returning very quickly and with no problems. I will absolutely use this store again for future needs. Thanks so much for being a great company with great customer support. Y’all rock!
