DC Distribution — 18 Fuse Holders with Lever Lock Connectors

The DC section includes 18 branch fuse holders:

• (4) 30-amp fuse holders
• (14) 20-amp fuse holders

Please note: AC breakers and DC fuses are sold separately. Once installed, the breakers and fuses are accessible by opening the door on the front of the box, which includes a blank label for listing your connections.

Lithium Mode — Designed for LiFePO4

In lithium mode, the unit uses a higher output voltage for fast, complete charging. The profile extends battery life by using the appropriate charging curve, and it's compatible with your battery's internal Battery Management System (BMS) — helping manage the charge cycle by monitoring battery state and balancing cell voltage.

Lead-Acid Mode — Charge Wizard 4-Stage Charging

In lead-acid mode, Progressive Dynamics' Charge Wizard automatically switches voltages as your battery bank charges. This accelerates charging while extending battery life. Compatible with flooded lead-acid, AGM, and gel batteries. The four charging stages:

• Boost — full rated load for quicker recharge time. This is where most of the charging happens, taking the battery to 90% capacity.
• Normal — controlled voltage as the battery reaches capacity to safely complete the charge.
• Storage — kicks in after 30 hours of unused full-charge state; maintains lower voltage to compensate for self-discharge, reducing battery stress, gassing, and water loss.
• Equalization — prevents acid stratification and sulfate buildup during extended storage. Especially helpful for batteries that go unused for long periods.

⚠️ Important Installation Note

If your RV already has a stock converter charger, it will need to be removed to ensure the PD4560AV operates properly. Don't try to run both — the result is unreliable charging behavior.
