  • Hex size and drill direction depend on your pump build — call EQ Systems at 800-846-9659 before running the override
  • Take care not to contact wires or hoses with the drill

Battery Requirements

Load-test the battery before installing. EQ Systems requires a minimum of 150 amperes at 10.5 VDC for at least 30 seconds. Keep terminals tight and free of corrosion.

Fluid and Maintenance

Runs on Dexron III ATF, filled to about 1" below top of reservoir with jack fully retracted (level rises as jack retracts). Reservoir must run with its vented breather cap fitted, not the flush shipping plug, or the jack will operate erratically. Inspect every 12 months.

Service Parts

SL 24 jacks are listed in the Jack Replacement Chart under parts 7848, 7923, and 70217 depending on plate position and rod diameter. Measure body length, plate position and rod diameter before ordering any service part.
