Furnace Good, Service Great!

I bought the SF-35VHQ for a replacement furnace of my Atwood model. It came nicely packaged within a couple days. I installed the furnace and it fired right up and warmed my camper up in minutes. After it ran all night, I shut it down the following day to save fuel. Once I did that, I had an issue with it firing back up. I researched the web, read forums and tried a couple things with no good outcome before I emailed RV Surplus (thinking, great now I have to go through a bunch of BS to get this thing working). I emailed them that evening (about 8 pm EST) and they responded within a hour! (8:43 pm EST) It was sooooo good to be able to get a PERSON to respond so quickly and guide me through trouble shooting the problem. It turned out to be the board and RV Surplus sent it out to me fast at no charge! AND the BONUS...they was cheaper than AMAZON! This is a solid Company with GREAT customer service and I will buy from them again, and again, and again! Shout out to Derek...YOU DA MAN!! Thank you RV Surplus!

We installed it tried it out after a few minutes it made a terrible noise in the fan my dad is 82 and hasn't felt good so he hasn't taken it back out
