Dometic awning motor

Ordered the 9100 awning motor and it arrived earlier than expected. The replacement motor was put in and it works perfectly. Thank you for carrying the part I needed.

Extraordinary Service

I ordered a replacement awning motor and upon installation, found the motor was defective and wouldn't retract the awning. It happens. Emailed RV Surplus and they said they would send a new motor before receiving the old one in return!! That kind of service is unheard of these days. When we retruned from our trip the new motor was waiting at the house and I shipped the old one back with the shipping label they provided. RV Surplus is very responsive and they are a model for customer service.
