⭐ Which Pump You Have

• 3195KS — multi-function systems, reservoir 3329K
• 3200KS — TJ single leg systems, reservoir 3333K
• 3201KS — AJ single/dual and AM single/dual systems, reservoir 3335K

⭐ Confirm the Motor Is the Fault Before Ordering

1. Remove the wires from the motor studs first — this is not optional. Leaving them on creates a dead short to ground through the contactor and wiring at very high current
2. Refit the nuts to the studs
3. Run battery power directly to the studs with jumper cables
4. Motor should run — and run the opposite way when connections are reversed
5. If it will not run in both directions with a good battery, the motor is defective

⭐ Power Supply Matters

Battery should load test at a minimum of 150 amperes at 10.5 VDC for 30 seconds. A weak supply mimics a failed motor.
