Smart, Automatic Transfer

When the generator is energized, the 40100-001 automatically switches to generator power after a 30-second delay — long enough to let the generator stabilize before taking the load. The unit prioritizes generator power when both sources are available, then reverts to shore power after a 3–4 second delay once the generator stops. These timed transitions protect your equipment from the rough power changes that can damage sensitive electronics and appliances.
