What This Does

The furnace core is the complete internal working assembly of your Suburban furnace — heat exchanger, burner, blower, and gas train pre-assembled as a single unit that slides into the existing furnace cabinet. When the internal components fail but the cabinet is still serviceable, this core lets you rebuild the furnace without replacing the entire unit.

Primary compatibility is Suburban NT-30SP furnaces — direct replacement core.

⚠️ Also Fits NT-24SP and NT-34SP — With BTU Change

Physical fitment: this 30,000 BTU core will also physically fit NT-24SP and NT-34SP furnaces. However:

  • Installing this in an NT-24SP will INCREASE the furnace to 30K BTU (from 24K)
  • Installing this in an NT-34SP will DECREASE the furnace to 30K BTU (from 34K)

Verify this BTU change is acceptable for your installation — sizing your heat output to your coach's actual needs is important for comfort and cycle efficiency.
