EQ Systems AJ 70 Hydraulic Cylinder | Part 2505EQ | 24" Stroke | 3½" AJ/CJ Series

Replace a leaking, pressure-losing, or non-holding AJ series 24" stroke hydraulic cylinder in your EQ Systems tube-in-tube jack with the EQ Systems AJ 70 Cylinder (Part 2505EQ). The cylinder is the working part inside the 3½" square outer tube — outer tube, brackets and foot stay on the trailer; only the cylinder gets swapped. Used in AJ 2/24, AJ 1/24 and CJ series jacks. ⭐ Identifying the Right Cylinder

Cylinders are identified by the outer tube of the jack, not by the bracket. Measure the square dimension of the outer tube and its length: 3½" square × 32¾" long = 24" stroke AJ (this cylinder, 2505).

⭐ Always SAE Fittings

Unlike other cylinders in the EQ range, the AJ 70 has always been supplied with SAE fittings (no threads exposed between the cylinder body and the hex).

• SAE: no threads exposed between the cylinder body and the hex
• NPTF: threads exposed between the cylinder body and the hex

If your jack has NPTF fittings, call EQ Systems at 800-846-9659 before ordering so the correct replacement fittings go out with the cylinder.
