These units are pulled from disassembled slides. These RVs/Slide outs were never sold to a customer. They come from an OEM that offloaded mistakes/display units in manufacturing. We part those out for resale. These are real, Lippert motors with LCI serial numbers. There are many others for sale online that are Chinese copies.

These may at times show some wear with discoloration on part of the cylinder. It does not affect usage.
