⭐ Check the Gear and Pin First

If the drive runs but the room does not move, check the drive gear and pin before replacing the whole assembly. The gear and pin are available separately as Part 70338 — a 12 pitch, 24 tooth spur gear with a 1/4" × 1 3/4" spring pin. A stripped gear or sheared pin costs a fraction of a full drive replacement.
